Arnold Zafra Arnold, also known in the local cycling community as Tara Bike Serye, is a retired librarian who now spends most of his free time cycling to different spots in the Rizal, Laguna and Cavite provinces. He is also a runner, duathlete, Audax randonneur, and a cycling photographer.
